As a pioneer in the college recruiting industry at Rivals.com, ESPN, and On3, I've heard from countless families over the years about the confusion and complexities of the recruiting process. That's even more true today, with NIL, the transfer portal, and roster limits impacting everybody who dreams of playing college sports. That's why I'm excited to join the Rack Coach team and launch Elevate Recruits.
With more than 30 years of experience in the recruiting world – both in boys' and girls' sports – I understand the immense pressure these young athletes and their families endure as they strive to make decisions that forever change their lives. Sam Sellers
Sam Sellers is the General Manager of the Salina Liberty Arena Football Team. He brings 24 years of high school football coaching experience to the Elevate Sports Recruiting team, including a successful tenure as both a head coach and assistant coach. As a head coach, Sam led his teams to three 5A state semifinal appearances and a state runner-up finish.
Before stepping into the head coaching role, Sam was a key part of the program’s success as an assistant coach, contributing to two state championships and an additional state runner-up finish.
Known for his unwavering dedication to his players, Sam prided himself on not just coaching football but also helping his athletes leverage the sport to achieve their life goals. He consistently focused on finding the best fit for his players at the collegiate level, ensuring they were prepared for success both on and off the field.
As a co-founder of RackCoach, an innovative weight room software company, Sam has gained unique insights into the football landscape across the nation. His deep understanding of athlete development, combined with his firsthand knowledge of the recruiting process, positions him as an invaluable resource for young athletes seeking to maximize their opportunities.
